i hate long videos for real.
i only watch them about once every other week.
unless they catch my eye in the title or i know the video will be worth it.
i like to keep mine under 4 minutes.

easy way to fix the subscription thing like this.
first stay away from the home page they have.
click on your account and go to your favorites.
then click on your subscriptions box at the top.
wala back to the old style of the subscriptions box only.
no they just Favorited or commented or recommended for you just your subs the order the the videos are uploaded.
i just ask that people dont make tutorial videos about it because then youtube will change it.
i know been there for years and they always screw it up when you find ways to the older styles of doing things
