Americans could always vote for politicians that aren't in the pockets of big corporation.
All they need to do is to follow what the corporate owned media recommends and then vote in no paper-trail nobody can check just "trust" us voting machines.

All partisan sides are completely full of shit in this debate. The reality is, quite simply, raised income taxes. You may get better health-care out of it if you had no insurance to begin with, but don't expect a lot. This is for wall street, not you.
