@Ð î GG € ® ™ You said, and I don't think you measnt o it to be humorous but that's how I received it " then one of my girlfriends told me one day that she was not responsible for my feelings" It just so happens I said that to my wife one time, yeah once was enough, and she spent the rest of the month doing everything she could to piss me off, just to show me how responsible she wasn't for my feelings! People can do things that hurt anothers feelings. Or are you getting at the emotion experienced is in my control, that I can choose a different feeling if I wished? I do say that in regards to anger, that some people know what buttons to push to get an angry response, so if I know that what's going on then I can choose to give a different response even though I am feeling angry, (or you for that matter), do I pass the test? :)

I understand that if you're a well known famous person you may regard certain satire as defamation, and NOT win against a Fair Use claim because you're famous. However someone who is just expressing an opinion who is not famous can win a Defamation case simply by not being famous. It's something to do with being a public figure or not. So my personal opinion is that most YouTubers are not famous and many of their works do not carry a Fair Use attribute, that is to make fun of them would be harassment. In fact my experience of the Fair Use provisions as you state is not to use my videos for satire or criticism but to force me to shut up, to not make video, to leave YouTube. Ironically Freedom of Expression is being used to inhibit Freedom of Expression. So I will continue to make videos and if some people don't like it, they can watch someone else.
