You take GOOD CARE OF YOURSELF. - Sometimes... we just have to DO things. I do it, you do it... there are no answers other then that it has to be gotten out. Can't bottle it up. It can eat you alive. My sincere condolences and empathy... it's, it's hard to explain how you feel when you have places like that in your life. I don't think you need to explain that to ANYONE, or yourself...
