OK this is soooo FUCKED I cant believe it.The operator should serve and protect, not be offended by language...The situation she was in allows desparate talk, and he had not the right to belittle her in her hour of NEED.

What the fuck! Her father could have died!
It wasn't personal from her site, she wanted a fucking ambulance. She wasn't insulting the cop but he insulted her later on.
Cops like that should not do this kind of job.
I want that some day cops are no more or less like all other people and not always treated in a special way.
If you fucked up in any other profession you have to bear the consequences but not if you are a cop.
