@Jo: I agree! America needs a good spanking and a swift kick in the ass!! We should all just bend over and take it like good little boys and grils! LULZ =)
you're absolutely right Dj Radeo... and what's kind of ironic is that when the Fifteenth Amendment of the "original Constitution" was finally ratified in 1870 giving ALL RACES the right to vote (which is what i think what you're gettin at).. only and almost EXACTLY A YEAR LATER is when they erected this "Act of 1871" which obviously basically suppressed the original document and brought forth this newly ratified "OF" the UNITED STATES (the corporation).... instead of the original "FOR the PEOPLES Constitution".... the Act of 1871 was also known as the "Ku Klux Klan Act" which was erected only a few years after the American Civil War, along with the 1870 Force Act , there was actually 4 of them "Force Act's" which were passed by the Congress of the United States shortly after the American Civil War which helped protect the voting rights of African-Americans.
I understand where you're comin' from man... I got your back though =)... there's a lot of "technical deception" that some of these past lawmakers and congress-peoples have dwindled into the official documents of what we know today to be the "so-called" United States Constitution .... I for one am for freedom and liberties equally to all mankind no matter what the color of their skin or where they are living on this planet, granted they follow some basic principles, laws and moral values of humanity... know what i mean?... I think the problem with the whole judicial lawmaking system is that there's to much god damn "fine print" which always leaves these ridiculous loop-holes and fuking technicalities which lead mankind to always be fighting and arguing and leaving so many god damn issues just "up in the air" because nobody can ever come to a concise conclusion on so many matters... especially concerning laws, liberties and rights of all mankind..... in my opinion at least =)
