Something happen on March 2007 and on a Dutch blog I found those comments I send you. As far as I understand it Youtube could trace the uploader back to the UK.
Then he goes on telling why somebody would hack in to the account of somebody else to upload a video.

It was done to frame a Greek student and start an Internet war between 2 countries. The account was not hacked by the way but cloned. I can,t make any videos until the harassment by Finnish Nazi cops is over. I have a racist stalker being after me since some years. Can't afford to give him more audio and video material about me. The damage he did to me was great enough so far. Can't afford more damage by him.

te zien is. Als de IP dus naar een adres in Groot Brittannië
leidt kun je volgens mij er van uitgaan dat iemand uit dat
land de film heeft gepost.

Aan de andere kant, waarom hackt iemand de account van
iemand anders om een film te uploaden op Youtube?
