Here is my problem... and I unfortunately am biased.. so just to give a forewarning here... there is a chance here of my going off on a TL:DR... so I apologize in advance. I would encourage anyone watching this... to watch all four vids.ESPECIALLY VIDEO FOUR!!!! ESPECIALLY VIDEO FOUR!!!! I am absolutely shaking here... I'm in shock but it might not be (regarding this particular incident.) I think that I personally might have a personal problem regarding construction and the resource management industry. (Which I am (these days) am a professional in... period... so I guess let that be known) My composure isn't exactly... well... composed right now. Which is something I have (actually, HAD) always prided myself on (then) But I, in retrospect had (at that time) turned myself, into a sort of, non-feeling robot... at times. Here is why. And I don't really give a fuck about personal doc dropping right now etc... When I was a very young man... well... younger I suppose. I worked on a few particular jobs that come to mind... and during these jobs there was a few political agendas... and a more pressing profiteering agenda that ALSO was always prominent. The speed in which a job was done... was always the number crunchers and the "fat cats" agenda. One year... seven of my colleagues in that industry... died. They died because of the constant PUSH for speed of completion... so that profits could be re absorbed (read: Reaped) by the investors FROM the project ASAP. What this tends to do, is create confusion, by necessity to fulfill a contract according to a predetermined deadline. This unnecessary urgency, tended to nurture the ideal settings for MISTAKES... shortcuts... and general incompetence by the others in trades (that were not exactly, the important ones) ... i.e the grunts. In that year... seven of us died... four by live burial by heavy equipment... (the details I can't go into right now. but take my word for it, it was such... it was so ... unneeded...) and even though all of us on this job had a MILLION DOLLAR (and more) life insurance policy... this doesn't make up for their/OUR children's loss of a parent... for any amount of time. OKAY FUCK IT... HERE IS ONE THAT HURT ME SO BAD... One fellow... went to retrieve a tool he forgotten in a ditch... and ran to grab it (as our tools were very very expensive) was buried under by about two tons of dirt by a earth mover while retrieving it... (OH YEAH.. wanna talk about illegals? this was driven by a seven dollar an hour mexican... with no prior training at any measurable scope.) AND we had to dig him out by hand .. trying to do it by using the heavy equipment would have crushed him if he was alive... he wasn't anyways but... you have to do things RIGHT. SO FUCK YOU BIG MONEY CONTRACTORS and your disregard for REAL SKILLED LABOR! Anyways....
The rest of us were killed by stupid mistakes like.. SOMEBODY.... NOT US! ...TURNING ON THE POWER... WHILE MEN ARE WIRING THE BUILDING... prior to completion. AGAIN... some uneducated FOOL pulling ONE switch... walking by... just "OH Que?" click... DEATH. And for those of you thinking I'm making a fuck aroud argument... gimme your phone number... I'll pass it on to the widows who would LOVE to talk to you about a "fair wage" for a skilled worker AND I'LL SEND YOU A LINK TO THE DEATH REPORTS AT THE UNION HALL! ... SEE.. now I'm raging... but dammit, 90% of these accidents were made by the fatcats wanting to maximize profits by using these business techniques... that is who I blame... not Sancho who want's to make a better life for himself.. I fucking agree with him.. BUT GET A EDUCATION AND A WORK ETHIC... and not listen to a asshole who threatens to dock your pay if you don't get XYZ done by five! (I've walked off the jobsite FOR LESS!) AND YOU, YOU KILL YOUR COMPATRIOTS! - so today... I'm the idiot (Read:MORAL PERSON) that is the number cruncher... I am the contract writer.... I am the one that REFUSES TO DO A JOB FOR "THE CHEAP"... because it costs lives. And I, and my guys and gals would rather starve... not get ANY FUCKING WORK! Then put any people's lives at risk. EVER. And we are paying... we are paying... by not being the cheapest on the bid list... Because it cost MONEY and TIME to do things right and have everybody walk out ALIVE. - FUCK YOU and your 60 DAYS OF PROFIT LOSS... is it worth polluting the WORLD for generations to come, over your 60 days of "profit loss"? I think not.... FOR SHAME... FOR SHAME... and I think LEGAL CHARGES SHOULD BE BROUGHT! Not like it matters now.The damage is done... - THIS is what greed brings.... this is it's reward... dammit.. the money would have been permanent if you had the foresight and patience to do it correctly.... BUT FUCK ME.... the people that do it RIGHT are 10 thousand dollars more expensive then the LOWEST BIDDER?!
ESPECIALLY ON A 2 MILLION DOLLAR JOB?! (I might need therapy for what I have seen... maybe I have EVEN MORE ptsd...) Thanks for reading if you got this far... I really am not one to rant... I really am sorry about it.

Somehow I figured it was the company telling them to keep going after the equipment malfunctioned. This is fucked up.
