A challenge to all you who are human....

Sooo, most of you here have a good idea by now of who I am, or... what I'm about anyways. While that's only merely scratching the surface, I'd like to take this time to give you a little example or glimpse of who I am spiritually... through song and video, and an interpretive dialog..... and from a band who needs no introduction, who's politically and spiritually "awake", and whom never ceases to amaze me... I give you... TOOL, and their song "Lateralus".

TOOL, if you're paying attention to their message, is exactly that.... a TOOL... for you, for me, for humanity... or those willing to listen and understand. Maynard James Keenan (singer/songwriter for TOOL) has such a profound and undeniable way of expressing how beautiful, how ugly, and how powerful our existence really is. I myself, feel that too many of us are so far beyond desensitized that we can't even relate to what is true or false, good or bad, alive or dead, or even reality or mere fiction.

So I guess my challenge to you is... to try to understand the message given below... and with that understanding, try to apply it to your daily lives... keep growing... keep learning... keep pushing the "barriers"... think for yourself and always question authority.... till the day you die... and trust me... in my opinion, you'll live a much longer, healthier, fuller life.

Now prepare to be amazed!

Comment by Count Draugula on September 1, 2009 at 5:02pm: At a moment of hesitation, in this moment... no decisions have been made. A good decision and a bad decision cannot exist. It takes away responsibility through, inaction. The fear of failure... the fear of being wrong... all can be stopped by hesitation, sometimes this hesitation becomes semi or totally permanent. And complacence replaces the once.. opportunity or desire for action. Over thinking, doubt, the only thing that is a constant... is time. It does not stop... life keeps moving OUT. And then... because the decision to move or not, was made in a "past" history of it... the situations and inconstant has MOVED through time... the opportunity has been lost.. and changed... then, the former hesitation, has now, in itself - become... a reaction.
Inaction, hesitation, complacence, all can become the most dangerous of actions. The moment of hesitation can get you killed. Spiral out!
