Earthquake decimates Haiti

On tuesday there was a massive earthquake in Haiti that resulted in hundreds, possibly thousands of deaths and the destruction of many structures, including the presidential palace in Port Au Prince.

Not to take away from the tragedy of the event, but do any of you think it could it be due to this?

I mean... I wish no ill to many people... and those I do deserve it. But... Haiti? I dunno... - unless it was a functionality test on the most expendable of "targets"... but geez... that's would be heartless...(And maybe would be typical).
