I really don't give a fuck about religion, anyone who knows me here can tell you that. This issue, however, shouldn't have to be about religion. It should be about people realizing a massive invasion of privacy when they see one, and for that matter how the freedoms protected by the american constitution are being peeled away gradually. To be honest, I don't mind showing my penis in public. I'll piss on a building if I have to. The point is, not everyone feels that they should be subjected to a virtual nude body scan, whether it be for religious reasons, personal moral qualms, or just because its fucking creepy. The only redeeming thing that I've seen from the implement of these scanners has to be that muslims are exempt from them because its fucking hilarious how hard they forced propaganda on us explaining how islam was basically standing in the way of our freedoms. Even though we all know the taliban was basically constructed by the cia, and the citizens of muslim theocracies have also been force fed propaganda about the great satan and its heathen peoples. We all know that, right? Right...?

At any rate, the bottom line is people afraid to admit to themselves that they've been lied to since before they were born are the ones who are ultimately not getting us anywhere as a truly free human species, homo sapien sapien free of despotic, draconian, heartless and imprisoning (on plenty of levels) rule. But is it their fault? Do we blame them or the programming thats tainted their consciousness into believing everything is how they tell us it is? Where does that leave the rest of us trying to make people realize whats happening around them? To them we may come off as rude, abrasive, generally unattractive because they believe so deeply in the lies they've been fed they assume a gesture of brotherhood is a stab at their character.
