Did my research and a few thing I remember. A good daily dosage for people living in the north is
1,000 international units (IU) (or 25 micrograms) of vitamin D daily ( as additional of what you get from your food )
Natural sources of vitamin D include:[1]

* Fish liver oils, such as cod liver oil, 1 Tbs. (15 mL) provides 1,360 IU (one IU equals 25 ng)
* Fatty fish species, such as:
o Herring, 85 g (3 ounces (oz)) provides 1383 IU
o Catfish, 85 g (3 oz) provides 425 IU
o Salmon, cooked, 100 g (3.5 oz]) provides 360 IU
o Mackerel, cooked, 100 g (3.5 oz]), 345 IU
o Sardines, canned in oil, drained, 50 g (1.75 oz), 250 IU
o Tuna, canned in oil, 85 g (3 oz), 200 IU
o Eel, cooked, 100 g (3.5 oz), 200 IU
* A whole egg, provides 20 IU

Obama is in to scare mongering like Bush was. He is surrendered by people from Wallstreet in a way worse then Bush. He broke all his promises but universal health care and the reason was not out of goodness but because universal health-care is cheaper and he needs money to fight his imperial wars for dominance.
I give one other 10 years to the oil industry. After that oil will not be finish but the production will be half of what it is now. The differences between "left and right" are marginal when it comes to big money and whose interests those puppets we call presidents represent.

I still think that h1n1 was produced in a lab, and that this is just another in a string of periodic public testing periods throughout the 20th century.

The term "being sick" is really an illusion. The symptoms a person feels, runny nose, coughing, fever and others are a way your body naturally fights off the virus when it is "healthy" not sick. So in reality a person is not sick, but healthy when they appear to be what everyone has been conditioned to view as sick. The word "sick" is a billion $ a year business in over the counter crap that does nothing to make you better. The virus must run it's course naturally.

The swine flu virus from Mexico may have the ability to spread quickly and kill people, possibly causing a worldwide pandemic, according to the WHO. Researchers are conducting studies to determine how easily the virus spreads in people and how dangerous it is.

200 out of a population of 20 million died in Mexico city
Considering the poverty and malnutrition in Mexico city I do think I have better changes.
I live in a country with a population of millions and people are healthier and wealthier then those in Mexico City> so perhaps 5-10 people might die in Finland from the flu
I think more people brake their neck here on slippery roads every year.

But bear in mind flu season hasn't even piqued yet. The reason I quoted that part is because barack talks about it like he already knows it was made in a government laboratory...
