LOL, $300 million dollars a year going towards "substance abuse programs"...?.. yeah right!

"Concerns from those in drug enforcement worrying about people being impaired on the roads?!".... what, everyone be drivin' like grandma and grandpa?!... yeah that's real fukin' scary. And of course they had to punch in that little quote concerning "health care costs" going up... lol, damn the media is so fuking predictable!

I also like how they mentioned the decision would come by a vote from "the people"..... OH... the people, right ... you mean all those crooked career politicians who all have investments stocks and interests in those areas likely to become profitable once the bill passed...??... LMAO. Give me a break.

And yeah, It'll definitely still be illegal to grow... it'll probably take a generation or two before you're actually allowed to grow it.... or it'll end up illegal again because they'll somehow link it to "gateway terrorists motives" or some fucking bullshit like that.

....aint it interesting though, how it's completely legal to grow your own hops and brew your own beer...?... and which most homebrew is almost always significantly higher in alcohol content (not to mention much tastier btw)... and yet alcohol itself is a thousand times more harmful to your health then weed, as well as the leading cause in death on the roadway... not to mention a variety of not so attractive side effects such as, but not limited to... aggression, depression, lethargy, anger, stupidity.... etc.

I think it will still be illegal to grow it.They will find a way to keep that illegal...*scratches chin* hmmm I wonder how they'll do that?

This would definitely be a good step away from its present completely criminalized status. But we're still supposed to be allowed to grow and use these plants to their fullest extent. God damnit.

It's all money... they've figured out they can't control it and this is the only way they get any MONEY out of the deal. Perpetual hand in the cookie jar.... oh I'm so sure that "Washington's" money is gonna be used for "substance abuse programs". Gimme a break... seriously, just "can it"... everybody knows it's just a fat cat agenda. AND while I am ranting a little here... WTF does this do to the whole "Medical use" thing? One minute it's medicine... next minute it's recreation.
This would be akin to selling pharmaceutical drugs at the LQ for recreational use... gimme a six pack and five percocets? ... In my city you can get a script for pot for a migraine headache.. or nausea.. or ANYTHING cause the doctor get's PAID to give you your "evaluation and a script"... then the state gets PAID to remit you your licence... renewable annually for 100 dollars I might add. And there is a "Medical dispensary" every BLOCK nearly. I ain't got no beef with people not getting shit for smoking pot.. the drug war regarding pot is a huge JOKE.. I could rage on this for a hour... but I won't... - but it's contradictory.
