China =/= me

I make it no secret I am of Chinese decent, but I don't make it well known. Part of the "ANONYMOUS" persons behind a screen, with too much to say, to little care to be seen or be seen. Call it whatever you want, but I call it my right to privacy.

Digressing here, but being stuck in China, for either shopping or a photoshoot, brings me grief. Mostly because I am not your typical, waif, toothpick Asian male body type. Also, the language barrier doesn't help, as I don't speak much Cantonese and little understanding of, with absolutely no linguistical use for Mandarin, and don't get me started on reading the language either, I am illiterate here.

Going back to shopping and photoshoots giving me grief, I am a tall, chubby, but muscular (ok football chubby) Asian male, which means, a small is a baby T size for women, a medium is a small, a large is a medium, a XL is L and so on and so forth...

So at this shoot, I am wearing XXXXL clothes, making me feel fatter and bigger than usual. Even more fustrating, I wore only one constant piece of clothing in all my shoots... my shirt. The same shirt I sweat in for the 5 hrs I did the shoot. Aside from the pants, which were ok for the most part, most of the clothes for the shoot did not fit me at all.

Now that I am done, and bitching about it... I feel better, for now. Ugh...
