A quick note regarding copyrighted material

I have no problem with people embedding copyrighted material as long as it is just that an embed. However if you choose to upload copyrighted material and the copyright holder is able to contact me (and heres what seperates me from youtube) able to prove that they are infact the copyright holder then I will be forced into a position where I have to remove that video.
