TODAY AT 08:30 HOURS LOCAL TIME I BEGAN A JOURNEY I HOPE NOT TO RETURN FROM.

I QUIT SMOKING!
SINCE PUTTING ON THE PATCH I HAVE EATEN :
4 TWINKIES
12 OUNCES OF ROASTED SUNFLOWER KERNALS
1/2 POUND OF BEEF JERKY
A SHIT LOAD OF EASTER CHOCOLATES
AND A TURKEY AND PROVALONE SUB.
I DRANK:
5 24OZ MT DEWS
1 AMP ENERGY DRINK.

I SMOKED 1 CIGARETTE.
IS THERE LIGHT AT THE END OF THIS TUNNEL?

Final observations as my time here in China is closing...

So I leave for home on the 21st, with a stop in HK on the 20th.

So a few things I either forgot to mention, or am now realizing:

My problem with the TEA Parties.....
